Boardingfrom $225.00 - $270.00

We offer Full Care Only at this point with a variety of additional services depending on Boarder's needs and budget. We have stalls with runs, stalls with daily turnout, and paddocks/pastures with shelter.

Shared Shelter/Paddock with one other horse is $225.00 per month

Individual Shelter and Run is $240 per Month

Individual Stall with Mats and Run is $250.00 per Month

Enclosed Stall with Mats and optional turnout in Field or Hotwalker is $270.00

Basic Training prices are as follows:

One Month Training $675.00

This can be from Starting a horse to Finishing a horse or working(Board Included)

on a specific talent, ie: Barrel Racing, etc.

(Typically All Horses are Ready to go Home after ONLY 1 Month)

We do Not have a minimum of 3 Months like Most Trainers and

the last week of training is extremely important for you to be there so

the bond can be transferred to you, you feel comfortable on your horse

and Greg can address your questions, etc. However, You are welcome to

view ANY sessions as long as it fits in both your schedules.

One Week Training $250.00

(this includes Board for that week).

This is to address specific problems areas only.

ex: trailer loading, head shyness, tying, bucking,

neck reining, etc. (Call for Qualification)

$20-$40.hr

Lessons (depending on instructor)

Professional Instruction. Lessons can be individual or for multiple

horses and riders. Lesson plans can be made to suit your needs.

From beginning to advanced skill levels. This can be on your horse

or one of ours.

Boarders/Lessees/Past Horse Buyers receive discount. $20.00 hr

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available year round and for any

amount. This is a Wonderful idea for Birthdays,

Anniversaries, or just to say "Your Special!"

Horse Lease Program Leasing/Sponsorship

Pay Only $250.00 per month (which is just normal board at most Stables)

Our Lease Program INCLUDES: $275.00

* Full Care Board.

* Enjoy UNLIMITED riding with the horse of your choice.

* Once we assign you a horse, it is considered your horse!

* No One else rides your horse unless you want them to!

* You may also switch to a different horse if that one is not working out.

* We provide the Tack/Grooming Supplies if needed.

* Have all the fun and experience of having your own

horse without the investment.

* Care Lease a horse to see if ownership is right for you.

* Try before you buy. Lessee has 1st option to buy their horse.

* Leasing also gives you the ability to buy with confidence.

Hauling $50.00 & Up

We do local hauling only. Please call for a quote and availability.

Horse Purchase Consultation

Greg will check out a horse you are considering for purchase.

This includes what he thinks about the attitude, some things you

should look for, and some of the things a vet normally checks for.

Fee varies on the location of horse.

Consignments

10% Fee

We can sell your horse for you. We have had great success with this.

We have a tremendous amount of traffic and people feel comfortable

having a knowledgeable 3rd party reference.

Some of the services include advertising on the web, grooming, riding,

showing the horse, etc.

The fee is 10% of the selling price plus full care board of $250 a month.

When horse sells the unused board is credited back to you.

Quality Horses, Ponies and Miniature Horses for SALE

We continually have quality horses for any level of experience. $300 & up

We do not buy or sell horses that we would not want to own

ourselves. We also have horses on Consignment.

We guarantee all horses to be sound to our knowledge and

vet checks are always welcome. All the horses we sell are current

in worming, trimming, shots, etc.
